I am a Human Resource Professional, a Leadership Coach, and a specialist in Leadership Development, Assessment, and Development Centers, as well as improving people’s performance and Organization Transformation. Having been conferred with the “Indian Achiever’s Award in HR”, I founded Executive Excellence to empower People and Organizations to excel. With over 30 years of experience, I have worked and led HR functions in renowned brands including Clarks, Airtel, Ericsson, Tata, and Network 18. Additionally, I have been actively involved in Management Committee Forums and served as a strategic advisor to CEOs.
As an expert in the Strategy Planning Process, I’ve assisted organisations in evolving their business strategies and aligning HR strategy with overall business objectives. With a passion for developing people, I’ve conducted Leadership Development workshops across various organisations. My expertise extends to setting up HR processes and policies from inception to best-in-class levels.
Additionally, I’ve led digitization initiatives for growing organisations and successfully implemented HRIS tools. Spearheading organisational restructuring and leading mergers and acquisitions, including HR due diligence for investment, are also areas where I’ve contributed significantly. I’ve coached young entrepreneurs, CEOs, CXOs, and senior management professionals from diverse sectors including Retail, Logistics, Banking, and NGOs.
